You will need to bring the following documents to your scheduled appointment:

1. Mortgage note (this document states the terms of your loan)
2. Final Settlement Statement from purchase or refinance
3. Lender contact information or monthly mortgage statement
4. Most recent paystubs for 2 months
5. Proof of any other income (social security, unemployment, retirement/pension, etc....)
6. Most recent bank statements for 2 months
7. Most recent Tax Return (all pages with W-2’s and 1099’s, if applicable)
8. Crisis budget (list all expenses and net income on budget worksheet)
9. Hardship letter (briefly state your hardship in a maximum of 2-3 paragraphs)
10. Divorce Decree, Child Support order, Bankruptcy Discharge documents (if applicable)
11. Two forms of identification (Driver’s License, Social Security card, U.S. Passport, etc.)
